1. General Policy

SpeedContactPro operates as a B2B SaaS platform providing access to high-value, AI-verified business contact data linked to demonstrated purchase intent. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of this data, refunds are handled under a strict and transparent policy.

2. Pro-Rated Refunds Only

Refunds are issued exclusively on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of an active subscription. Full refunds are not provided.

Example: If you subscribe to a $49 monthly plan and cancel after 7 days of usage, you will be refunded the unused remaining period (3 weeks), calculated as follows:

$49 ÷ 4 weeks × 3 unused weeks = $37.50 refund

3. No Full Refunds

Full refunds are not granted under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized extraction or duplication of proprietary contact data, which becomes accessible immediately upon subscription activation.

4. Non-Refundable Usage

Any portion of the subscription period during which the service has been accessed, data has been viewed, exported, or otherwise consumed is considered used and non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our billing team before the end of your current billing period by emailing billing@speedcontactpro.com and include:

• Your registered account email
• Your subscription plan
• The date of cancellation request

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

SpeedContactPro reserves the right to deny any refund request if we detect abusive behavior, including but not limited to excessive data extraction, automated scraping, account sharing, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to the platform and associated data.

8. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy complies with applicable U.S. and international laws governing digital services and subscription-based platforms. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree to this policy.
